I know I’ve mentioned before about not having been pregnant, nor ever being likely to at this stage of my life, but having worked in healthcare most of my life, I’ve seen alot of beautiful, healthy women lead a very active lifestyle while pregnant. I think from what I have seen that it is better for both Mom and baby both before and after the birth. Sure makes it easier for mom to get back in shape too.

I was very active and fit while pregnant. I had no extra fat to work off…breastfeeding did that for me.

I was very fit when I was pregnant but then again I didn’t gain many pounds. I didn’t really concentrate on getting back into shape until about 6 months after I gave birth. The breastfeeding kept a lot of the weight off.

That was exactly how I lost the baby weight both times by getting right back into my very labor intensive/active job(and I worked right through most of my pregnancy too), but a bodyshaper really would have and still would be an amazing help because I’m untoned
