And since October is Breast Cancer awareness month, we would like to share this 10 easy steps of doing a breast examination by Metrohealth.org. What is it then and what for?
Breast examination, is a screening method used in an attempt to detect early breast cancer. The method involves the woman herself looking at and feeling each breast for possible lumps, distortions or swelling.
