How it is to feel like caged inside like a bird? We'll never know. But at the very least we understand how it feels to feel free about something and how it is when someone or something tries to pull you back. With the plenty of reasons to hate yourself, your body and your own unique beauty, we should learn how to free ourselves from all those insecurities, and be just our own self.
